Refund/Return Policy
We have a 10 days return/refund policy, if 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For refund or return request please contact us support@bluelightcare.in and follow the process.
If you have received item in damaged condition you must contact us within 2 days of delivery with the picture of damaged item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same new condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please send us your order number or order confirmation email.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue the refund to your original payment method or in your Paytm, Gpay if your order was cash on delivery.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
